Of all the joints in the body, the knee is at the greatest risk of injury, age-related wear and tear and arthritis. Knees are complex, weight bearing joints that provide your body with flexibility, support and a wide range of motion. Many knee injuries are caused by overuse, problems with alignment, sports or physical activities and failure to warm up before exercise. They can also result from trauma, accidents, a fall or direct trauma to the knee. Depending upon the severity of joint damage, knee pain can be minor or can lead to disability. Common conditions we treat:

ACL injuries
Meniscus injuries
ITB syndrome
Knee replacement
Patella tendinitis and patellofemoral pain
Muscle imbalance and trunk/core weakness is also a leading cause of knee conditions. This imbalance can also cause instability or weakness of the knee, especially with physical activity.
